Our administrative hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  Emergencies are seen 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Review our visiting hours and polices page for visitor hours.

If you have a compliment, complaint, or other issue which you believe requires resolution, please contact the office of the Patient Advocate at 215-823-5803. 

Former Prisoners of War
Our former Prisoners of War advocate can provide special assistance to former POWs.  Contact 215-823-5800, ex. 20-4524.

Women Veterans
Our Women Veterans Program Manager can provide special assistance to women Veterans seeking medical care and VA benefits.  Contact Julie Allen, at 215-823-5915, or visit her in room B807 in the medical center.

Compensation and Pension
To speak with someone regarding a compensation and pension examination, call the Medical Center at 215-823-4633.  For all other compensation and pension questions, contact the VA Regional Office at 1-800-827-1000.

Release of Information
If you need to get information from your medical records, please contact our Release of Information Office.

Inquiry Routing and Information System
VA has established an inquiry routing and information system (IRIS) which provides answers to frequently-asked questions. You may also use this system to submit a comment, question, or concern.
