Healthy Living Week

"Healthy Living Week" will provide information on a variety of wellness programs at the Philadlephia VA Medical Center, including MOVE!, VA's weight management program.

Did you know that there are more than 16 prevention and wellness classes held each month at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center and CBOC’s for our Veterans?  Whether you’re interested in learning how to be more active, improve your diet, control your blood pressure or diabetes, or dealing with chronic pain,  the medical center has programs that can help!  To learn more about how we can help you live a healthier lifestyle in 2013, visit us during “Healthy Living Week” which runs January 22-25th.  Each day from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. beginning Tuesday, there will be staff members presenting information on some of our many programs and classes.  The “Healthy Living Week” presentations will be located outside of the medical center Cafeteria. The presentation schedule is repented below. We look forward to seeing you!
